YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Pregnancy yoga is proactive: the poses strengthen the body in preparation for birth and relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Breathing techniques & visualisations connect you to your changing body, the baby and to the mother you are becoming.


POST NATAL YOGA

Postnatal yoga gently strengthens and tones the parts of the body that have been stretched in pregnancy. It uncurls and releases tension in the upper body from breastfeeding. It provides emotional support to the new mum through positive affirmations & meditation.


YOGA FOR MENOPAUSE

Address and ease the physical, mental and emotional symptoms of the menopause with yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation. Leave the session feeling relaxed, supported by other women and with a better understanding of the menopause.

Hot & Healthy: A Menopause Workshop

An informative, engaging and empowering one hour workshop that covers the basics of menopause, its symptoms and how to manage them with yoga and natural remedies.

There’s a lot of press about the menopause and not all of it is positive. This stage of life can be liberating. Yoga and natural remedies can improve the experience of it. Knowing when, how and why the menopause happens – and it happens to EVERY woman – is a source of empowerment and of feeling in control. With that in mind, I hope you will join me in a workshop that is sure to make your menopause journey a more positive one.

This session is suitable for beginners to advanced yoginis. It is not a yoga class but elements of yoga such as breathing, poses/asanas and meditaton are part of the workshop.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to stretch.

Bring a yoga mat and bring your questions. There will be time for those too.
